• Access is purchased via a one-off payment.
• Access does not expire unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no encounters have been accessed.
• Once any encounter has been accessed, the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or repeated refund requests.

You remain fully responsible for any decisions you make before, during, or after using this product.
